Sleeping Accommodations
COMFORTABLE AND ACCESSIBLE
Camp He Ho Ha offers a variety of comfortable, accessible sleeping accommodations to suit groups of all sizes. Guests can choose between private guest rooms, shared group accommodations, or a combination of both, providing flexibility for retreats, conferences, family gatherings, and special events. All accommodations are conveniently situated around a central courtyard, with select rooms offering beautiful views of Lake Isle.
PRIVATE GUEST ROOMS
Our 24 private guest rooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements for single, double, or triple occupancy. Each room includes a private bathroom with a bathtub or accessible shower, and most rooms are equipped with a mini fridge. All rooms are wheelchair accessible, and bed linens are provided.
SHARED GROUP ACCOMMODATIONS
Our eight spacious group sleeping quarters can each accommodate up to 16 guests, making them ideal for larger groups. Each features single beds and accessible shared washroom facilities equipped with two showers, three toilet stalls, and three sinks. All accommodations are wheelchair accessible, with optional bed linens available.
Please note: All guests are required to bring their own towels and personal care items.
Dining Options
Our spacious dining hall comfortably seats up to 180 guests, featuring round tables that create a welcoming atmosphere for gathering and connecting. Meals are served buffet-style, offering a relaxed and enjoyable dining experience.
Our dedicated kitchen team prepares a wide variety of delicious, freshly made meals, with menus tailored to each group’s preferences and needs. We accommodate dietary restrictions, food allergies, and specialized dietary requirements to ensure every guest can enjoy a satisfying dining experience.
Whether you’re hosting a retreat, conference, family gathering, or special event, our flexible dining services are designed to make mealtime a memorable part of your stay.
CAMP ACTIVITIES

Recreation Hall
MAX CAPACITY: 250 PEOPLE
Our Recreation Hall is a spacious and versatile venue, perfect for conferences, retreats, celebrations, performances, and large group gatherings. Featuring a stunning open wood beam ceiling, a cozy fireplace, amazing acoustics, and plenty of room to accommodate up to 250 guests, the hall offers a welcoming atmosphere for any event.
The space includes a large flat-screen TV for presentations, two pianos (a Baby Grand and an Upright) for performances or group activities, and convenient amenities including a sink, microwave, and refrigerator. The hall’s location adjacent to the washrooms and dining hall provides convenience throughout your event.
The chapel
MAX CAPACITY: 15 – 100 PEOPLE
The Chapel is a quiet, open-concept space designed for reflection, gatherings, and group meetings. With flexible floor space, it can comfortably accommodate 15 to 100 people, making it suitable for ceremonies, workshops, or private group sessions.
The space includes a microwave and fridge for basic convenience and offers a peaceful, private atmosphere away from the main activity areas.
Please note that the Chapel does not have washrooms or running water on site; guests are asked to use the washrooms located in their accommodations or adjacent to the dining hall.
George Kidd Lounge
MAX CAPACITY: 15 – 45 PEOPLE
The George Kidd Lounge is a warm, inviting, and fully self-contained space ideal for small meetings, retreats, workshops, and group gatherings. Designed for both comfort and functionality, it accommodates 15 to 45 people and offers everything you need for a productive and relaxed stay.
The lounge features a wall-mounted whiteboard for presentations and planning, along with a sink, microwave, and refrigerator for added convenience. A cozy fireplace and panoramic views of the lake create a welcoming atmosphere, while self-contained washrooms and convenient indoor access to 12 hotel-style rooms and 2 dorms make it ideal for overnight groups and multi-day stays.
Arts & cRAFTS
MAX CAPACITY: 15 – 45 PEOPLE
The Arts & Crafts Lounge is a bright, functional, and accessible space designed to support creativity, learning, and group connection. Accommodating 15 to 45 people, it is well suited for workshops, activities, and small group programs.
The space includes two sinks along with a microwave, stove, and refrigerator, making it ideal for hands-on projects and group preparation. Guests also benefit from convenient indoor access to 4 hotel-style rooms and 2 dorms, as well as self-contained washrooms, ensuring comfort and ease for both day use and overnight stays.
The Bates Point Building
MAX CAPACITY: 20 – 40 PEOPLE
The Bates Point Building is a bright, open-concept space perfectly suited for small group gatherings, meetings, and retreats. Accommodating 20 to 45 guests, it offers a comfortable and flexible layout for a variety of programming needs.
Located on Bates Point just steps from the lake, this building features lots of windows that bring in natural light and scenic views, creating a peaceful and inspiring atmosphere. The space includes indoor washrooms and electrical power for added convenience, making it a practical and welcoming option for both day use and extended group stays.
Small Lounges
MAX CAPACITY: 20 – 25 PEOPLE
Our three lounge spaces offer comfortable and flexible settings for small group meetings, breakouts, and casual gatherings. Each lounge accommodates 20 to 25 guests, making it ideal for intimate sessions or an additional breakout space for larger groups.
Two of the lounges include blackboards for planning, teaching, or interactive activities, while all three feature cozy fireplaces that create a warm and welcoming atmosphere year-round.
